Parishioners support the work of the Missionaries of Charity and serve those in need by preparing home cooked casserole meals. There are four recipes which are rotated throughout the year. The Missionaries of Charity, the religious Order founded by Saint Teresa of Calcutta, provide the casserole containers and the recipes. The rectory serves as the site to pick up the casserole container and recipe and to deliver the food. It is then transported to the Missionaries of Charity at their site near Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Through prayer workshops inspired by Fr. Ignacio Larrañaga, OFM, Cap. members are introduced to the prayer life, and helped to combine prayer with engagement in ordinary temporal activities; to revive their awareness of their status and dignity as baptized Christians, and their responsibilities towards the mission of the Church in the world; to become powerhouses of lay vocations to the apostolate and service of the Church in dioceses and parishes.
